SIX STAR GRAND NEPTIS is a comic I've been publishing intermittently since 1991 featuring an array of graphic short stories of considerable introspective and poetic tone. Conversely, each issue concludes with a small chapter of appropriately juvenile entertainment for the sake of comic relief( literally).

For over five years I labored in an art dungeon with seven other creators in a youth sportswear company (Lifeforms, Int'l) creating a magnificent archive of trendy designs following the "Lifeforms formula". This formula chiefly consisted of an animal in sunglasses, rendered in stipple (as if for biology class), playing an "extreme" sport and incorporating the latest "Where's the beef?"-style catch phrase. It was a wonderfully bizarre experiment. Below are some of the designs I produced while there...
